In 2007 our involvement and commitment towards our customers has recently been awarded with a 5th place in the Customer Service quality research amongst 37 Banks in Germany, which was prepared by '€uro Finanzen'.
Istanbul Representative Office
Istanbul Representative Office is mainly responsible for Turkish market-related Trade and Commodity Finance activities in line with Head Office Trade Finance Division. It virtually focuses on and has good business relationship with Turkish exporter and importers.

Ukraine Representative Office
The Ukraine Representative Office is established in Kyiv in the third quarter of 2007 and is part of our physical expansion strategy in the CIS-region. The Ukraine office will pursue growth by focusing on activities in which exposure has already been realized and needs to be broadened and controlled. The activities will be in line with the core activities of GarantiBank.
