Mr Fahri Birincioglu, Executive Director since 2001
Mr Birincioglu joined GarantiBank International N.V. ("GBI") in
January 2001. He started his banking career at Garanti Bank
Turkey, Istanbul as auditor in 1979. Prior to his occupation as
Garanti Bank Turkey Germany Branch Manager in 1997, he served
the Bank as representative since 1983 in Germany. Since 2001 Mr
Birincioglu is the Executive Director of GBI Germany.
Istanbul Representative Office
Mr Berat Içinsel, Executive Director since 2005
Mr Icinsel joined TGB in 1995. As of 1999 he was assigned to GarantiBank International N.V.. After serving in the GBI's offices in Amsterdam and Istanbul, in 2005 he was appointed as the General Manager of GBI Romania Branch. As of May 2009 he is appointed as Executive Director/Representative of Istanbul Representative Office.
Ukraine Representative Office
Mrs Oksana Kovtonyuk, Representative since 2007
Mrs Kovtonyuk has been appointed as representative of the newly established Ukrainian Representative Office. Prior to her current appointment, she has worked in the last 5 years in senior positions, lastly in the position of Head of Trade Finance at AlfaBank Ukraine.
