Overdraft/Working Capital

Overdraft facilities and working capital facilities may or may not be based on trade flows. Prior to utilization of these facilities, GarantiBank International NV duly investigates the financial strength of the borrower based on financial statements, shareholder and management quality, market presence, and the relevant economic outlook. In case such facilities are related to trade flows, adequate documentation substantiating the underlying trade is to be presented. GarantiBank International NV may also require additional collateral in exchange of the facilities provided. In accordance with GarantiBank International NV's internal credit policies, such facilities are essentially perceived as balance sheet risk.
